Responding to insulting reviews of the film -- some people can't handle a challenging premise and delivery. One person said simple movie for Gen Z -- no, its a complicated techno commentary completely relevant to today 2026. I would say Im amazed at critiques by people who dont get the point, but society has been reduced to such a low level that anything presenting a mental challenge is dismissed. My one point to drive home is to consider the meta narrative of this story after you see the whole thing. Anyone who says its not top notch isn't paying attention. Sam's dialogue / monologue gives a lot of hints. Themes within themes, stories within stories.

Genius. Watch it and think about it. Kubrik didn't always get praise when his movies came out. Rockwell's performance is intense as are many in the film. I want to spoil it but I won't. Verbinski is incredible. Hits like Brazil, Clockwork Orange, but contemporary relevant theme. Worth the time!

Entertaining Netflix show. Not Star Wars epic, but clearly has lofty goals. If they had cast an MMA or Black Belt actor as lead, would've been the move (Gina Carano or Ronda Rousey). Some folks don't seem threatening. Snipes in Blade had a Black Belt. But I'm all in for scifi, so keep it coming -- Snyder or anyone with storytelling skills!

This is hilarious. If you're easily offended, probably not for you. Gervais is always pushing the envelope!
