Lowrey was definitely inspired MASSIVELY by Tarkovsky's Stalker, and Jeanne Dielman, 23, Quai du Commerce, 1080 Bruxelles... I really enjoyed it
Wow, these negative reviews are hilarious. Don't listen to them. This movie was very good. I'm assuming most of these comments are coming from butthurt people who are mad about the trailers. Probably the same people who hated The Witch because they thought it was "boring." Literally if the movie has a different title nobody would be complaining. "What's the It? There was no It? What comes at night?" You people sound so ridiculous.
I was hoping the neon demon would redeem only god forgives. It doesn't. This movie was a snooze
