Playing with Dolls: Havoc is ridiculously bad and criminally inconsistent. The actors suck, the director must've been high the whole time but what really made me laugh out loud is the fact the in a period of 3 seconds and within the same scene it goes from night to broad daylight LOL. The whole movie is hysterically bad and funny.
