What version (cut) of the movie is this? No subtitles can be found that match it, on either yifisubtitles.ch or opensubtitles. I took a piece of text as it occurs at 23:30-24:00 in the movie, and found that text in the srt files at 09:00-09:30.

September 2026, sill director? comment audio. If noone can re-upload with the correct audio track, can everyone at least please STOP SEEDING it? I'm killing my seed (set to stop at 2x size) right now.

This is only the second part (from 2007). The cover image suggestts it contains both 101 and 201. Where is the first?

As idgat47 said. Severe interlacing baked in, could be coming from 720i/1080i source.

At first I thought this was a wrong movie, the lead credits say title is Charlie's Family ©MMIII (2003, not 1997), but it still seems to be the right movie, and it actually took until 2004 before it was officially released inthe US.

I even found subtitles that with some shifting cam be made lip-sync with the video, but as popsynth said, the audio seems to come from a different movie.
