if you're using VLC, go to tools > effect and filters, then click on the synchronization tab, and enter 1,000 s in the audio track synchronization box (at least that worked for me!)
if you're using VLC, go to tools > effect and filters, then click on the synchronization tab, and enter 0,900 s in the audio track synchronization box (may also work with 1,000, haven't tried it, 0,900 worked well for me)
