No problem, first, you must downloaded the iSkysoft iMedia Converter Deluxe movie converter program and and install it on your computer. load the movie into the converter program. After, you must choose the Video format: MP4 and you will notice that the settings are automaticaly preset for: Video format: MP4, Video Codec: H264, Sound Codec: ACC. Than Click on convert.
