The movie was ok but as someone who lived in Calgary during the 1988 Olympics the location shots are disappointing. This Long Jump was held at Canada Olympic Park which is approximately 100km from the mountains. The city citizens and Olympic fans truly loved Eddie "The Eagle" this movie severely downplayed that amazing part of the story. Overall as someone who lived the moment of Eddie The Eagle I rate this movie 3 out of 10. Could have been so much better.
