InTheMouthOfMadness

Wow! I envy anyone who can enjoy such a hodgepodge of clichés. Even VHS recordings. Levitations—even from a wheelchair. It’s all very grimy and unpleasant, very nasty, to be sure. But that’s the only redeeming quality.

A wonderful little film by Terence Fisher. Great lead actors and excellent supporting cast. A little gem with a great sense of humor.

The film is inspired by the supernatural events that followed the discovery of the Hexham stone heads in 1971 in England. Two small Celtic heads were unearthed. It’s almost a brief chronicle of the events, fairly linear, without much plot development, but a very interesting piece of folk horror. But if the torrent file is for *Blood of the Stars*, as the previous user says, then it’s a silly story about kids killing adults with absolutely no imagination when it comes to the execution. Curious, yes, but pretty bland.

I'll finally be able to watch the movie in 1080p. Many thanks!
