There is a Reason why this movie was poorly received. The most notable reason is the inaccuracy of the actual storyline. The Phoenix Force is one of if not the most epic Storyline of the X-Men franchise. The X-Men Movies have been poorly written and blatantly ignoring the true direction that was created by Stan Lee and Marvel. This Movie is the worst of them all ...and what makes it worse is that the same Director and writer was hired to do the Dark Phoenix... which is not accurate and also skips the most crucial storyline of the Phoenix force The Shiar and the Emcron Crystal .... For those that actually enjoyed these terribly written adaptations.... Just know if done right then you will understand why these movies were poorly received
