Thank You Durham100 with that little hint....I figured out the 26 min movie and you are right it is pretty clever. Now the radio DJ was very good but if you think about you see all the signs. 1)The DJ drinks 2) He is haunted by his past and he knows it. 3)The DJ murdered someone and it could have been a child or a teenager because it makes me wonder of U14, which was the last cassette he found in the bottom of the basement area or whatever. A possible chance that person could have been 14 years old. 4) When those calls started coming in asking for that song, there is a good chance he really really forgot that song, or drinks it away to forget, but when he killed that person that song was played. Think about it.... At the end of the movie that came around and headlights on and waited a little bit and start what....right playing that song. 5) During his temporary nightmare dreams he finally woke and look at that dreamcatcher for quite some time, that says a lot because he must be having that dream consistently OR at the end of the movie he pulled out his phone and it said Happy Birthday, so he could be having this experience around that time as well. 6) It had to be a hit and run, definitely because he is caring this guilt of what he did in the past and gotten away with it, well.....apparently thats what he thinks. 7) FINALLY, DAH, DAH, DAAAAHHH...THE AHA MOMENT. That person's soul could not rest because in the end, this was not a dream and that individual is going to run his COUNTRY BUMPKIN over with his own car while playing that music. CLEVER :)
