Wish we had a system like this in New Zealand. Sad to see so many people still sulking about Hillsry's defeat deriding this amazingly democratic system. In New Zealand we have the MMP electoral system which guarantees representation for fringe lunatics and allows their small percent of the vote to force the mainstream representatives to concede on policy to secure governing coalitions. Thanks to MMP New Zealand currently has a government that the majority didn't vote for on election day.
