The fact that some people use a movie download site to spew racist rhetoric, betrays an internal sense of powerlessness. Sniping at people from the assumed "anonymity" of the internet SCREAMS "coward" and "loser". It's not offensive; it's annoying. If you're gonna be a clown, go to clown college and get a certificate, so that maybe you can be a PROFESSIONAL clown. Being a FREE clown is just...sad. Do better...if you can.

...and yet, viola davis' skill as an actor is touted by who many consider to be one of greatest actors of our time [read: meryl streep], as the highest accolades and manifestations of success in her craft (oscar, tony, emmy, SAG), sit collecting dust on her mantlepiece, as she comes off of a critically-acclaimed 6 season run on network television, and has written a memoir that i predict will spend time on best sellers lists. and i'm "out of touch" with respect to "worthy"? the information i posted tends to suggest that your opinion is in the extreme minority...which is your right. it's a free country. not bad for a "black chick with man arms". oh...and the word, "particular"...is spelled with an "a".

LOL...Oprah and Viola are doing something worthy of being broadcast on Netflix...while some of you spend the waning hours of your life bitching about people who are doing something worthy with theirs. Once you come to that realization, your time will be (hopefully) better spent in more frutiful endeavors.

sociological opinions notwithstanding...what this documentary proves per incontrovertible evidence (i.e. photographic documentation), is that one group of "superior" humans considered engaging in horrific, collective sadism against an "inferior" race, to be PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT, so much so, that they memorialized and disseminated it to those unable to enjoy it firsthand. at least in the circus maximus, the romans gave their victims the illusion of a fair chance.

To the racial commentators: Black films aren't your enemy. Sociological "Natural Selection"; that's your enemy. Organisms that can't adapt to environment change, are SELECTED by NATURE for extinction. That's "Natural Law". Ergo, I conclude that your racist commentary is a symptom of cognitive dissonace between your racial ideologies, and your PERSONAL fortunes, hence, the anxiety response. In consideration of same, you're not offensive, you're not even annoying. You're an ad naseam sideshow that must be tolerated by those who came to this site, and clicked on the link to this film with the intent to download, and watch it. (Just curious; what was YOUR motivation?) Meanwhile, this film was made, is being promoted, and streamed to (and downloaded by), MILLIONS. I dunno; seems kinda like a "win" for "them", in which case...I understand the frustration. Must really piss you off.
