Brilliant film. I watched the 1922 and 1979 versions last month and this is my favorite. One of the best remakes of all time. 9/10.
720p please!
This one is a solid 8.0 for me. Watched it at the theater and it became my 2nd favorite movie of the year (so far), after Dune part 2 only. It has the soul of a 70s B movie, but with high budget. It is a shame that this movie is being dismissed as "feminist" propaganda. I thought Fury Road was much more feminist than Furiosa, down to the premise. This one is just a revenge movie with a female main character and an unconventional narrative structure.
Unfortunately the 720p at least is a bad copy. The aspect ratio was cut down and it messes with the cinematography of the whole movie, giving the framing an unpleasant look, like it was zoomed in. But thanks aniway, I know these are hard to find.
Need seeds for 720p
The best medieval fantasy movie by far until the Lord of the Rings was made almost 80 years later. This is a classic for the ages.
