BangKeke

This film is a fictional dystopia. It does not represent the real condition of Indonesia today. As of 2025, Indonesians of all ethnic backgrounds, including our Chinese-Indonesian brothers and sisters, live side by side in harmony. We share friendships, families, and communities without the divisions that once scarred our history. The film may draw inspiration from past events, but in reality, we have learned from history and continue to move forward together in peace. Let this movie remind us never to repeat mistakes of the past, while at the same time appreciating how far we have come as a united nation. Harmony and unity are our present, and they will continue to be our future. ????
