Its a pretty average movie, not great not bad. The only people who think this is like Twins (1988) probably haven't seen at least one of these movies. The movies are nothing alike besides the fact that the main characters are twin brothers and one is much shorter. Twins has a much more far fetched premise, and a completely different tone. Actually watch both movies before whining about this one copying Twins.

To any confused: this is the original Japanese version, not the English dubbed version. The 'top cast' section has the voice actors from the dubbed version. They are not the voices of this version. Pirate bay and 1337x have english dub versions up. It'd be cool if we got the english dub here too or a multi audio version but its available elsewhere already.

lmao why is this tagged spanish civil war

If you're confused about where this film fits in the other animated movie continuities, check the DC animated film wiki. It has each run of films grouped with share-universe movies, as some are standalone, some are based on the New 52 run of comic books, some are based on the later Rebirth series, and I think some of the newest ones are based on something else but im not 100% sure.
