Plot summary

Tung is a street cop in Hong Kong who's friends with a Triad named Fai. Fai hires a hit man to murder a business rival; the hit goes wrong and Fai, implicated in the incident, goes on the run.

One of those plain sorta movies with a sudden crazy unforgettable climaxes. It's admirable but the story was always on the verge of flying apart for me. The fact that it won best HK movie that year shows how bad a state they were in in '98.

Good bit of late-90's HK dirty cop/clean cop

Good bit of late-90's HK dirty cop/clean cop action/dark comedy. The effects are poor, but the plot, direction and knife fights are sweet.
