Plot summary

Barry is a talented mechanic and family man whose life is torn apart on the eve of a zombie apocalypse. His sister, Brooke, is kidnapped by a sinister team of gas-mask wearing soldiers and experimented on by a psychotic doctor. While Brooke plans her escape Barry goes out on the road to find her and teams up with Benny, a fellow survivor – together they must arm themselves and prepare to battle their way through hordes of flesh-eating monsters in a harsh Australian bushland.

Wyrmwood: Road of the Dead is a ridiculously

Wyrmwood: Road of the Dead is a ridiculously entertaining Aussie zombie movie. Featuring some wonderfully realised larrikin characters you can root for, the gory, at times humorous, action comes thick and fast. The addition of the 'petrol problem' adds a clever element to an already challenging conundrum for the remaining humans. If you like your zombie movies with great characters and lashings of gory silliness, this one's for you.

Muy buena película de zombies australiana. Es de bajo presupuesto y todos son efectos prácticos pero se nota el amor y la dedicación que le pusieron. Una historia diferente, buenas actuaciones y varios giros que innovan completamente un genero ya desgastado pero que se nota que aun puede seguir dando mas.
