I don't want to say that it's rotten

I don't want to say that it's rotten, cuz i really loved the anti-bullying theme and i think that it's pretty well covered, but the lack of budget and not-so-good acting making it a not so enjoyable movie to watch.

The title pretty much captures it. The film

The title pretty much captures it. The film was worthless. It was so bad that I stopped watching about 1/3 of the way through … and that was too long. I rarely bale on a movie once I start watching it. That tells you how bad it is.
