The ending had me in CHILLS!!

This movie was sooo good ! I love drama films with a twist of scandal so this was absolutely perfect lol! Only reason I'm giving it an 8 and not 10 is bc it left a few unanswered questions so maybe it's going to be a part 2 to unroll some things but overall best movie I've watched all year and I watch a lot of movies !

Utterly boring drama...

Another Tubi thriller managed to find its way to my screen. Sure, I had never even heard about this 2026 movie titled "Woman to Woman" prior to stumbling upon it by random chance. And since it was a movie that I hadn't already seen, of course I opted to check it out.The storyline in "Woman to Woman", as written by Tonja Ayers and Regine Coney, put together a script that failed to entertain me, especially since I didn't care one bit about the family drama that the movie turned out to be, nor did I care much about the characters in the movie either. Well, I thought this was a thriller, but as it played out, this was actually far more of a drama. So that was a bit disappointing; setting yourself up for one thing, but the movie delivering something else entirely. I ended up tossing the towel in the ring 43 minutes into the ordeal. By then I was just bored senseless. The fact that I wasn't familiar with a single actress or actor on the cast list, was something that certainly worked in favor of the movie. I do enjoy watching new and unfamiliar talents on the screen. The acting performances in "Woman to Woman" were good.I found "Woman to Woman" to be a swing and a miss of a movie, especially since it wasn't even the genre that it was listed to be. And having given up on the movie not even half way through, believe me when I say that I am never returning to attempt finish watching this snoozefest of a drama. My rating of directors Tonja Ayers and Rockey Black's 2026 thriller "Woman to Woman" lands on a generous two out of ten stars.
