Another example of an incompetent self-indulgent facade

"With Love, Meghan - Holiday Celebration" markets itself as a cozy hybrid of cooking and crafting, promising viewers festive recipes, clever décor ideas, and plenty of seasonal inspiration. What it delivers, however, is a 60-minute montage of its host grinning, clapping, and basking in the glow of her own holiday sparkle while quietly sidestepping anything that resembles useful instruction or innovative ideas. What becomes clear as the episode unfolds is that the show isn't truly about cooking or crafting at all. It's about projecting an image where Meghan appears to further curate her ever-sparkling, ever-serene, joy-saturated holiday persona. There's a not-so-subtle, persistent sense of performance: the way she marvels at her own decorations, the way she presents store-bought items as if they materialized through whimsy alone, the way nothing ever quite adds up, but everything is presented with dazzling certainty. It's not malicious, exactly . . . Just a glossy facade of incompetence and insincere charm where substance should be."With Love, Meghan - Holiday Celebration" is not a cooking and craft lifestyle show. Instead, it's a seasonal showcase of curated happiness, a stage where the host plays the role of happy clappy holiday muse while viewers are left with virtually no creative ideas or inspiration. It appears to be more like stepping into a glossy infomercial for the host's own delusional cheerfulness while at the same time feel old and outdated.C'mon, Netflix! You can produce something better.
