Movie is not "Wicked Stepmother" but "Streghe" (1989), and it should be in Italian, but is in German.
Apparently, it's Italian "Witch Story" from the same year. According to Wikipedia, in Germany the film was released as a sequel to Larry Cohen's Wicked Stepmother which was titled Tanz der Hexen with Witch Story being titled Tanz der Hexen Teil 2.
Wrong movie, again.
