Plot summary

Married couple Jack and Terry Linden are experiencing a difficult period in their relationship. When Jack decides to step outside the marriage, he becomes involved with Edith, who happens to be the wife of his best friend and colleague, Hank Evans. Learning of their partners' infidelity, Terry and Hank engage in their own extramarital affair together. Now, both marriages and friendships are on the brink of collapse.

Dramma che lega a doppio filo le vite di due coppie di "amici" che vivono crisi di coppia ed intrighi amorosi. I dialoghi sono ben strutturati ed i personaggi ben strutturati; forse la pecca maggiore è far girare tutto intorno a Mark Ruffalo, che forse è il meno interessante dei quattro. Nel complesso i due caratteri sono creati molto meglio e sono molto sensuali.

This movie sucked the big one. People with no sense of responsibility fall into an affair for sex and just don't know it. They think it is love but it is not. Childish and irresponsible but in the end the man cannot leave his wife, because in the end he loves her and does not want to ruin his marriage. The wife having the affair with him just wants to change her life and marriage and I think any man would have been ok she was ripe for an affair rather than just divorcing her husband she just leaves him. Stupidest movie I ever saw. She needed to grow a pair and divorced him long ago. As for the man involved in the affair - it was just pure sex when it comes down to it. Immaturity - pure and simple, boredom - pure and simple. Nothing redeeming about this movie just pure crap.
