This is a terrific movie. Yeah, it's a little slow for the first 40 minutes, seeming to be just another family drama but then it starts to take off and the tension continues to build and I found I couldn't stop watching it. Everything about it is first rate; far better than anything you're likely to watch in the genre. One of the actors is Julie Garner, pre Ozark. Another is Michael Parks, one of the best characters in the business and a supporting actor in Kill Bill. And a third is Kelly McGillis, of Top Gun fame. The only thing that keeps me from giving it a 10 is the ending, which is clunky and a little far fetched. 9/10
