This is less a Waxworks movie and more

This is less a Waxworks movie and more its own thing. It might start where the other finishes, but then just goes the opposite way from the first, but at a much worse level. In the first movie, each exhibit added to the plot and threatened our heroes, taking out many of them. This time around, the short sequences just feel muddled. Weirdly, I found the wigs more awful than a lot of the other elements, not that the horror or camp was much better. Then the time travel element just makes the first movie not make sense. If you have time travel to all these horror dimensions, why set up small exhibits to trap a select few? Just weird...
