I was really looking forward to it. The first part was great

I think Snyder's movie was too focused on a stylized superhero action movie that the story and themes took a back seat. Also making it one single movie turned the story into a convoluted mess. In terms of storytelling, the two parter animated movie is vastly superior to the Snyder's version. My only complaint is that the animation and character design look very ugly at times and Rorschach's voice is very Batman-y.

Just saw this. I enjoyed both installments of this. BUT I enjoyed the live version more. Still, it was good.

This was so much better than the 'Crisis on Infinite Earths' cr@pfest. or any of the DC adaptions. If was faithful to the source without being a panel for panel copy.
