Plot summary

Blue, Tango, and C.S. are CIA research scientists working on Project VR Fighter, which is designed to train any unskilled person into a magnificent combat agent. Tango and C.S. decide to undergo the training themselves, because Alien, the international terrorist, has killed C.S.’s fiancée and kidnapped Blue for his conspiracy. However, the side effects of Project VR Fighter cause problems between the two friends and their mission is soon put into jeopardy.

The action was good enough to be nominated

The action was good enough to be nominated for an HKFA, but Chan's "Who Am I?" won. There are some nice stunts, and the dock scene is cool, but it's mostly bad, dated effects. The ending is pretty sweet, complete with a paramotoring chase!

Please someone kidnap Jingle Ma and brainwash him to get back to work as a director of photography and no longer as a director. A dreadful film in which the story and the characters are so uninteresting, it makes the (ok) action become dull.
