So, Vicky convinces his wife, with the most

So, Vicky convinces his wife, with the most BS reason, to record a s*xtape. Once that tape leaks, it causes an immeasurable amount of pain and trauma for Vidya. BUTTT, the script downplays the role of Vicky in the release of the video, absolving him of all guilt. At the very least the argument could be made that WHY on earth is this newly married guy so interested in making a s*xtap. He places the camera first then emotionally blackmails his wife to convince her. THEN he does a poor job of keeping the video safe. In the end the movie has to invent new villans in the 3rd act to absolve Vicky of his selfishness. This is another example of a good premise being ruined by poor choices of the film makers. Revenge po*n is a real thing and many indian women suffer from it and almost everytime its the boyfriend or husband himself that records and shares the video. And this movie refuses to address that issue of men not respecting women's privacy.

Absolutely wonderful movie. Direction is amazing, so is the screen play. Such Comedy timing should be encouraged. In the current film productions, we must encourage such talent...i would not say it could not have been done better but i feel its refreshing to see non nepo actors.
