After reading the synopsis you can pretty much predict entire story. Our heroine is surrounded by awful people. Horrible boss, bad boyfriend, demanding family..... and being the calm and quiet person she is she simply takes it. Until the session which makes her more confident and willing to stand up for herself. Which leads to pretty predictable situations, you can predict what she'll say and do.Ending is pretty unoriginal and on par with the genre. But the movie still manages to deliver quite a few good laughs and even manages to insert a few twists and subversions of the genre.Not a memorable movie but still something you'll enjoy and not feel like you've wasted time watching it.
