Good acting, fun, not too long, decent ending

Good acting, fun, not too long, decent ending. I LOVED the writer's other sci-fi romance, If You Were the Last, and this one is good, too, but not quite as good. It pays homage to many other sci-fi films, like THX 1138, Fahrenheit 451 (original), and even has some music that's also in Zardoz. These are great movies to emulate, but this one just didn't seem as original as If You Were the Last. I've watched that one 5 or 6 times and recommended it to everyone!
