Howly cow! I've asked and begged for this movie in HD since so many years ... and now this is for real! THANK YOU FREEEEEMAAAAN! If you have to watch only one gay movie in your entire life ... this is the one. But it's so much more than that. It's funny, sad and funny again, intelligent, brilliant, stirring. Everything you need to have in a movie!
Oh my, I've asked for it if I'm not mistaken. Leonardo DiCaprio's Total Eclipse next please ?! I've requested it thrice (or 4x ?) in Requests Section huh !
A great gay classic for Generation X!

New Line Cinema insisted that to release "Torch Song Trilogy" as a film, Harvey Fierstein had to edit his play so that it didn';t run over two hours on film, so the tilm runs exactly 120 minutes, including the credits. It would be great if someone staged the original play and released it to video, such as Disney did with "Hamilton," because knowing that Harvey had to truncate his own work to make New Line's film version kinda feels like we're missing something. The film is great as it is, but it would be wonderful to see it as it was originally staged.
