Some beautiful shots, a great idea, and performances try to keep this house glued together, but it's impossible not to hear it collapsing.It's an authentic approach somewhere between Back to the Future and Hot Tub Machine. A great merit of the film is that, even among so many inspirations, it manages to have its own identity, which sets it apart from the crowd in the genre, which is already quite commendable.Probably a little more polish would help, and the execution wouldn't depend on constant explanations that end up hindering immersion.It's complex, there's a lot to like here and a lot to criticize. I really liked the performances, especially Freya as Denise, and the dynamic between the protagonists and the theme of abandonment paranoia woven in a very creative way with the impact of addiction.I don't think the idea is wasted, because there's a lot of special things here to like; I see it more as a personal disappointment. Those who like it will really connect with it, and in that, there's potential for it to become a cult classic in the future within some social ecosystems.There's not much to say about the costumes besides Kane's look and the tattoos, and the music doesn't stand out at any point except during the credits.I'll probably rewatch it another time, because I liked it, but I wanted to like it MORE, so maybe there's something that my mood blocked.

Why did I watch the whole movie? So that you don't have to! I usually love any kind of time travel movie, but this one is truly terrible! And why did I give it a '1'? To counter the reviews here with '10', as they are fake which you can easily verify because the reviewers don't have any other reviews on IMDb.The dialogues are stupid, annoying and full of expletives, for which there is absolutely no reason as it spoils the movie even more. The poor actors probably just followed the pointless and dumb script, which makes you wonder whether the writer has ever written anything that makes remotely sense. It's about drug users who are getting into a time travel dilemma (no spoiler here) which is neither believable nor conclusive.Most time travel movies have some sort of plot holes or illogical twists, but 'Time Addicts' is just messy and annoyingly haphazard. The movie is set in a dark and dank house where all the time travel happens, which is attempting to set a somber tone, but it's not helping. Save your time and watch anything else, you'll thank me! I wish I had a time-travelling crystal in order to get 90 minutes of my life back.
