Plot summary

Five years after the events of the first film, Christmas is once again just around the corner. In a crazy turn of events, possibly brought on accidently by the brothers themselves, the director of Luke’s son Thomas’ school holiday musical steps down. Luke, desperate to make his son’s stage dreams come true, enlists the help of his brothers Taylor and Stephan. The trio also find themselves meeting their mother's new boyfriend and the brothers grapple with their own feelings about this relationship. In true Brenner brother fashion, they are all in for a Christmas they will never forget.

Even with a familial cheesy heart and formulaic expectancy, this year’s unexpected delight is a two-fold retainment of returning traditions and meaningful messaging that progresses on, all while hilarity continuously ensues from the starring trio’s brotherly chemistry. (B)

Save yourself the heartache and don’t watch. I absolutely loved 3 Wisemen and a Baby from 2022 (who didn’t?) and was so excited to find out there was a sequel! Ugh. Terribly disappointing, from the characters and the script to the storyline and the plot. I wish I’d never seen it because it changes my feelings about the characters that I fell in love with from the original movie. They attempted to remake a couple of wonderful scenes (you know which ones I’m talking about) from the first movie and failed miserably. I guess it’s just my opinion, but I can’t recommend enough to you: don’t watch it.
