@DMMO, I dunno - apparently it was shot on 16mm film, and it doesn't look too dramatically different (in terms of color) as most of the 70's independent cinema that was also shot on 16mm... if anything it's less vibrant than some.

To be fair fair. The style is there, The colors are just to Vibrant. And you can say when it came out in the 70s it should look like that. but its not that time era its 2025. So at least they should have make it look a bit more fade, so it looks older.

Other people besides QT are allowed to copy and pay homage to 70's exploitation... and as "70's exploitation" covers some pretty broad ground, you'd have to be incredibly naive to think this was someone trying to emulate Tarantino.
