Plot summary

The Sublet is a suspense driven psychological thriller about Joanna, a new mom coping with her baby alone in an odd sublet apartment. As her husband neglects her to focus on his career, Joanna questions her sanity as she discovers a violent past to the apartment and suspects that the building may be haunted.

Well worth a watch, especially at only 75

Well worth a watch, especially at only 75 minutes or so! Very hard to track down any reviews on it, especially as here in the UK it is called The Resident, a title used for a Hilary Swank film from 2011 which gets panned on here.

There has to be an amazing twist

There has to be an amazing twist , something its all been building towards , something to point at the TV and say OMG .... No No No its a big steaming pile of going nowhere,. Everything that could of got involved didnt ,, it made no sense, who in their right mind would fund something that was written on a lunch break.
