Rotten Tomatoes is dead wrong, this film should be viewed by all, at least twice. This was a fact based film meant to educate the viewer about what happened in Russia, before Hitler and how Hitler copied Stalin's playbook which has been copied in every nation that was turned into a communist nation. Well worth viewing. If you don't remember, don't know how communists turn a nation from free to communism, you need to watch this film - at least twice. Everyone should know what some humans are capable of,

The genocidal history of the Soviet communists is true and important. However, the film is presented in a sloppy shock-style manner and is all too reminiscent of high school history classes.

This is honestly just pure US propaganda against communism, it is not based on facts. If you fact check the facts used in this documentary you easily find that they are very questionable
