Thanks for the rare movie!

Muchas gracias.

This is basically the forerunner of modern romcoms. The leading lady is supposed to be this wonderful person even though in the entire movie she is nothing but insufferable, petty and utterly selfish. Her quality is to be “found” in the letters she writes which is never shown to the audience. There is not one action she performs that redeems her in anyway yet the hero loves her anyway. It’s a fantasy for women. The only thing she has going for her is desperation. I guess some men find that attractive. On a side note William Tracy shines as 'Pepi'.

thanks yts team
