Tragic abuse of terrific acting talent by. dreadful

Tragic abuse of terrific acting talent by. dreadful directing makes you understand why the apprentice editor got an opening credit. New Orleans was equally misused. The insignificant box office earnings say it all. This, in show biz terms, was a plotcher.

The plot is a crime drama featuring five

The plot is a crime drama featuring five interconnected stories, set in New Orleans. They spend the whole movie building up a series of connected incidents that are basically coincidences, kill people off and then make a 360 degree turn and try to mash the shroud of turin with karma. The ending makes it all fall flat.

The Power of Few is a convoluted mess

The Power of Few is a convoluted mess of non-linear, interconnected plot lines, none of which are very compelling on their own and yet the whole is still less than the sum of its parts. This movie is like if a high school student tried to write something like Magnolia.
