Plot summary

After moving to an isolated cabin, Jacob Taylor vanishes without a trace. With the help of footage he leaves behind, his family members, friends, and a detective try to find answers to the strange events that are centered around him.

Slow, not scary, unoriginal plot, anticlimactic ending. Subpar

Slow, not scary, unoriginal plot, anticlimactic ending. Subpar acting and writing: no context for US-based characters speaking with heavy accent, unnatural dialogue due to mistakes/strange phrases/forced swearing, etc. Even the title doesn't make sense. Too bad, the location could have made for a really creepy piece.

Bad script + bad acting= God awful

Only watched this because my brother is a big fan of Found Footage horror. I'm a fan too but with higher standards.

This movie makes you want that hour and twenty of minutes of your life back. I can't believe Eric Roberts was in this granted it was a very small part. I guess this is what his career has been reduced to. Anyway, I won't get into the details because it isn't worth it. All you need to do is read the OP headline.
