Plot summary

A married couple struggle with the realities of their imperfect marriage as they fight to save and rehabilitate their teenage daughter from a life of drug addiction and ultimate committal to a mental ward.

Ignor those negative comments...this is a very interesting and well-acted time piece dealing with drug culture in the late 60s.

I think this movie is more about psychiatric

I think this movie is more about psychiatric disease triggered by drug use, than drug use per se. It examines family dynamics under these conditions. No one seems to know what is going on and how they should react. Regarding the Rotten Tomatoes site I think that the cast pictures should chronologically match the movie and not how the actors appear years later. If they are now dead, do they plan to show their headstones?
