Plot summary

In a segregated Texas, five Mexican-American teenage caddies were prohibited from playing at the country club where they worked. Against all odds, they formed their own team, built a one-hole course in the fields, and won the 1957 Texas State championship. Based on a true story.

Great “feel good” movie, easy watch. The plot

Great “feel good” movie, easy watch. The plot was entertaining throughout the whole movie, but there was plenty of moments foreshadowing what’s to come. I really enjoyed the accuracy with each scene portraying the 1950s well (from the cars to the outfits and so on).
