The Little Rascals" does one thing many film

"The Little Rascals" does one thing many film adaptations of television shows fail to do. It honors the original source material, but also adds a modern day edge and successfully ropes in the younger audience. Mixing several plots together to tell a cohesive story was genius. What is the strongest thing about this film is its cast. Especially Bug Hall's charming Alfalfa and the fierce but adorable Darla played to perfection by Brittany Ashton Holmes. The celebrity cameos are also great, you have Mel Brooks, Whoopi Goldberg, Reba McEntire and Donald J. Trump. "The Little Rascals" isn't just a cute charming kids film, but it's one for both the long time fans and the new ones. Bravo Universal!
