Filme fraco, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas são fracas, a história é fraca, o elenco é fraco, e ninguém ajuda a melhorar o filme, os personagens são fracos, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores e relevantes, para fazer o filme ser bom

One would hope that an F. Scott Fitzgerald

One would hope that an F. Scott Fitzgerald story could be transferred to the screen, especially since it is about Hollywood. However, the writing is so stilted, there is no emotion from any of the actors and almost no drama no mirth no sensibility in any scene. Most of the dialogue is given as if Elia Kazan, the director, told the actors to speak like robots or they are doing a read through with no regard for the narrative. None of the actors seem to have a backstory and none of them are developed. Everyone walks into each scene and leaves with a blank stare. Sad.
