Brings out the best in Filipino culture

If you want to see something that preserves Filipino culture, this is a must-see movie. I like it because 1. It presents true love as deep and rooted in self-giving for the other; 2. It shows that Filipino common sense has logic and empathy at the same time; 2. It values the good and discourages the evil; there are no gray areas; 3. It highlights the role of our faith in keeping us grounded and resilient.
