Plot summary
Aspiring New York City artist John Hollar returns to his Middle America hometown on the eve of his mother’s brain surgery. Joined by his girlfriend Rebecca, eight months pregnant with their first child, John is forced to navigate the crazy world he left behind.

probably one of the best movies i've seen....Ever! the writing, the acting, the editing! brilliant! I laughed, I cried, a lot!,....I felt like I had to tell my love and my family how much i loved them, because of what this movie did to me. i recommend anyone and everyone watch it!!
