I’m beginning to question the validity of rotten

I’m beginning to question the validity of rotten tomatoes reviewers. Do they feel some guilt and write good reviews on a movie like this to feel good about themselves. This movie is choppy, weirdly centered on wine drinking and I’m not really sure what the movie was supposed to be about. The director has a fascination with gurgling wine - very strange. The narration to the camera is odd and does not work, scenes just hop around with no transition. The big sex scene is horrible. Not good at all and just plain weird. I was waiting for the big alcoholic climax. Stay away.

More like a protein shake then a gourmet

More like a protein shake then a gourmet meal. But with Weaver, Kline plus a terrific supporting cast and great scenery I found it very satisfying.

Well told story of an alcoholic declining to

Well told story of an alcoholic declining to her personal bottom. It is not clear that she has finally accepted her illness and will live in recovery. The producers of this film have misrepresented it. It is not about a good house.
