Another bunch of vegan malarkey. I'm happy if people want to each vegan or be vegetarian, just leave me out of it. There's no moral argument that works here. All it takes is one day working on a farm growing vegetables to realize this. Obviously factory farming of animals is terrible and many of the slaughterhouses are complete disasters but ignoring real science in favor of highly biases bits of content is reprehensible. But I suppose the carnivore diet type people do the same.

I became a vegetarian before I watched this show and I also had begun beneficial working out. This show only confirmed what I had begun to realize. Probably a year after watching his show I had slowly progressed into a more heavily vegan based diet with heavier work out regimes. Aside from the atrocious slaughter house industry this doc reveals more so what it means and why it is more intelligent to become a Vegan. I initially became Vego because of disgusting meat industry but now for me it is more about a high physique with a higher physical capability. You cant achieve this as long as you eat meat and this show confirms trhat.

One-sided, no valid proofs. Just part of this "feminist-vegan-marxist" propaganda that sticks to everything like shit nowadays

Worth watching. Saw this on netflix when i looked up schwarzenegger titles there, didnt even read wtf the film's about. Was a pleasant surprise to find a nice documentary. I dont eat vegetables unless it's packaged with a burger (the lettuce, tomato, etc). So it's nice to know some reasons to eat more veggies. Wont switch to being vegan though, I like cheeseburgers too much. But at least my diet is getting more diverse thanks to this film

Some random thoughts of mine : People have been eating meat since Day 1 (Cavemen). Animals have been eating meat since day 1 (carnivores - from T-Rex to bears to sharks to cats). People eat meat for 80 years and the majority of them are fine and my guess is that they don't die directly because they ate meat - at that age if you're vegan something else is gonna get you (I have nothing against people not wanting to eat meat ever). Maybe not eating meat is healthier, but I don't think it's gonna add God knows how many years to your lifespan. Why prolong your life as a grandpa anyways with all body-related general deterioration issues that old people experience (no offense to old timers, I'll be one myself in 40 years). There is almost Nothing in today's world that isn't harmful, from the pesticided food & conservants, to the air we breathe (pollution) worldwide. There are very few 100% healthy spots left on this planet where you can breathe completely clean air and eat completely clean food. Stop eating meat if you want to, but it's not gonna save you. All roads lead to the same place. And there's nothing wrong with that.

Pure crap. Topics are presented to make believe not to explain or demonstrate anything. Meat is not irreplaceable but for sure eating only plants is not the ideal scenario. Only false conclusion in this self called "documentary" like "EAT PLANTS AND YOU WILL BE UFC CHAMPION"

Lol, as long as you aren't eating too much salt and other horrible shit eating meat won't bother you much. Just do steroids like all these assholes in the movie. Game, set, match.

@motogpfan "Is there less methane produced? Yes, AND there's more carbon dioxide from the farm equipment required to produce more vegetables." non sense, 80% of all current production is for animal farming. You have no idea what you're talking about. Culture is like jam, the less we have the more we spread.
