The Outer Limits did this premises much better.

Why Not, "The Day the Earth Didn't Move" or "The Day the Earth Remained Inert"?

C. Thomas Howell was once a top actor but now a days the only way he gets to be in a movie is to cast himself in a movie he's directing. How the mighty have fallen.
