Plot summary
Al Shines, former king of the US race car track circuit, has a hard time starting his own team, once he's fired by his sponsor Robin Cates. Robin hired Al's immature daughter Kylie Shines instead. She resents Al's inevitable 'absence' as a widowed father, as well as the reigning champion, equally young but professionally vetted Kid Walker. Kylie tries to prove herself against Kid while having an on-off affair with him. Cates's marketing strategy dictates his intentions to manipulate Walker and both Shines racers.

RIP MICHELLE
What is truly cringe are today's idols... that is real cringe.
@kawada_kun: It's not the wrong movie... many of us remember her from that movie too
@cinema_001: Wrong movie, buddy.
@ethern0: How is it cringe? It's a reflection of how important she was to many people.
Scotty doesn't know
So cringe seeing a spike on interest after she died. RIP.

It may be cringe that there is a spike in interest after she has passed, but that happens with every actor etc., she was a great actress and I was wondering of late as to where she was now, so sad that she has passed, she obviously had a hard time as a young actress which led to her alcoholism, those photos of her lately were very sad, she was tiny and didn't look well at all, she is not in any pain now, rest in paradise Michelle.
