Plot summary

Newly widowed Kathy plans to skip out on decking the halls and trimming the tree this Christmas, trying to avoid anything that will bring back memories of her late husband. When Kathy meets handsome Christmas tree shop owner Tim, their undeniable chemistry—along with an ornament Tim gives her that symbolizes hope—helps Kathy open up to the joys of the season again.

My all time favorite Hallmark movie. Kellie Martin

My all time favorite Hallmark movie. Kellie Martin did such a beautiful job portraying the widow, and Cameron Mathison was the perfect hero. Dreams, kindness, community and all-in-all a treasure of a Christmas movie.

My favorite Hallmark movie. Tender story set at Christmas time. Stars Kellie Martin, Cameron Matthison and Jewel Slaite. A small business owner loses her husband the year before and swears off celebrating Christmas until she meets another small business owner who teaches her to celebrate Christmas and love again. This movie is exceptional for Hallmark. The director, Mark Jean, uses a technique of focusing on items in the movie to help tell his story. Quite unique for a TV movie.
