Plot summary

An American scientist is sent to Red China to steal the formula for a newly developed agricultural enzyme. What he is not told by his bosses is that a micro-sized bomb has been planted in his brain so that should the mission ever look likely to fail, he can be eliminated at the push of a button!

Take a James Bond movie, subtract all the action highlights and replace with philosophical monologuing. It's a touch over one and a half hours in duration but feels like a slog.

29% by the public, OK not Pecks best

29% by the public, OK not Pecks best film but it's an easy 65%, its a Sunday afternoon film, it is better than Walt Disney but it isn't a Hitchcock film, it is what it is, easy to follow, predictable and uneventfully, like moving wallpaper but not the test card.

I was watching TV while packing and it

I was watching TV while packing and it kept my interest given the subject matter of assassinating Chairman Mao. It was ridiculous at times and silly, but it initially had promise. It was on Movies!
